PrestIGE Grant Award
Thermo Fisher Scientific’s PrestIgE Award is a newly developed award program created to encourage U.S. allergy fellows to engage in molecular allergy diagnostic research activities. In order to successfully initiate the award program, the design team was tasked with creating a unique brand identity and developing a digital marketing strategy to provide information and awareness on the grant and application process.

Logo Development
Taking Thermo Fisher Scientific’s branding into consideration as well as the award program being focused on molecular allergy diagnostic research, the logo incorporates Thermo Fisher colors and iconography as well as a unique logo mark that reflects half of an antibody.
Logo Mark
The logo mark pays homage to the iconic Thermo Fisher Scientific red and serves as an abstract interpretation of half of an antibody. The mark also reflects the ‘accelerating innovation’ concept behind the brand as it takes a form similar to that of an arrow moving forward.
Visual elements are highlighted within the logo mark to help emphasize specific imagery and messaging. The dramatic contrast between the red logo mark and negative space helps to create visual interest and highlights educational and research elements produced within the images.
